Road Work Announcement Myndus Road

LYNCHBURG –Motorists should expect delays due to a culvert rehab project on Route 623 in Nelson County. Route 623 (Myndus Road) will be temporarily closed to thru traffic from Route 29, to the intersection of Route 766 (Stagebridge Road). This section of Route 623 will be closed from 05/18/26 – 06/05/26.

The Department of Transportation will provide adequate signs for the closure and detour of this portion of Route 623 (Myndus Rd.) and will use Route 29, to Route 766 (Stagebridge Rd.) back to Route 623.
