Notice of Office Holiday Closing
Nelson County courts, departments and offices, will be closed on Monday, October 13, 2025 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday, and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
The County’s Transfer Station will be closed on Saturday, October 11, 2025 and Monday, October 13, 2025 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday, and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
The County Convenience Centers and all public safety operations will continue to maintain regular hours of operation.
