NELSON COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESCHEDULING OF SEPTEMBER 2026 REGULAR MEETING

WHEREAS, the Nelson County Board of Supervisors hereby establishes that an alternate date for the Board’s regular monthly meeting on September 8, 2026 is necessary due to the planned absence of two Board Members; and

WHEREAS, the Board desires to ensure a quorum and optimally full Board attendance to consider financing options related to the Larkin property purchase;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Nelson County Board of Supervisors pursuant to §15.2-1416 (Regular meetings) of the Code of Virginia that the regular meeting of the Board on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 be and hereby is rescheduled to September 15, 2026.
