At this initial meeting, the intent of staff is to provide high level information and initially include County Administration, Parks & Recreation, Planning & Zoning, and Tourism & Economic Development staff participation. The Chair and East District representatives from the Planning Commission, EDA, and NCSA as well as School Division and Nelson County Community Development representatives will be invited as non-participatory stakeholders, whose roles and responsibilities will be defined as the project direction evolves.
