Consideration of a request from Theresa Moore for a Variance to reduce the minimum required front setback of 75 feet from the center of the road, to 38 feet from the center of the road, for construction of a single-family dwelling. The subject property is zoned A-1 Agricultural and is owned by Theresa Moore. The property contains 0.93 acres, is located at 695 Stagecoach Road in Afton and further identified as Tax Map Parcel #3-A-8.
