Dear Ms. McGarry,

Pursuant to §15.2-1418 of the Code of Virginia, this letter is to request a Special Called Meeting of the Nelson County Board of Supervisors to be held on June 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Nelson County Service Authority Administrative Building located at 620 Cooperative Way, Arrington, Virginia 22922.

The purpose of the Special Called Meeting is to provide for a joint meeting with the Nelson County Service Authority Board regarding the Wintergreen Wastewater Treatment Plant, and if necessary to conduct a closed session pursuant to §2.2-3711 (A)(7) and (A)(8).

The Board of Supervisors may also consider other matters at the Special Called Meeting, predicated on the attendance of all members of said Board at the Special Called Meeting.
