Notice of Office Holiday Closing
Nelson County departments and offices, including the County’s Solid Waste Transfer Station and Collection Sites will be closed on the following days in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday:
Nelson County offices will observe the following holiday schedule:
November 26, 2025 Closed at Noon
November 27, 2025 Closed
November 28, 2025 Closed
Nelson County Transfer Station will observe the following holiday schedule:
November 27, 2025 Closed
November 28, 2025 Closed at Noon
November 29, 2025 Closed
Nelson County Convenience Collection Sites will observe the following holiday schedule:
November 27, 2025 Closed
All public safety operations will continue to maintain regular hours of operation.
