Notice of Office Holiday Closing
Nelson County courts, departments and offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 in observance of Independence Day, and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Monday, July 6, 2026.
The Transfer Station will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 and Saturday, July 4, 2026 and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Monday, July 6, 2026.
The County Convenience Centers will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026 and will reopen for regular hours of operation on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
All public safety operations will continue to maintain regular hours of operation.
