NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Volume 3A, Title 15.2, Counties, Cities and Towns, of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, and pursuant to §15.2-2204, §15.2-2309, §15.2-2311 and §15.2-2312 the Nelson County Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the General District Courtroom on the third floor of the Nelson County Courthouse located at 84 Courthouse Square, Lovingston, for the following:
Appeal #250314 by Jason Harvey of Zoning Violation dated September 12, 2025 – Appealing Notice of Violation by the Department of Planning and Zoning dated September 12, 2025 for Tax Map Parcel 22-A-20, that the property is being utilized for an unpermitted borrow pit and contractor storage yard in R-1 (Residential) zoning.
