Coming soon in 2019, Wild Heart Yoga is a boutique studio and retreat center featuring mountain views and tons of natural light, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. Owner and founder Laura Thibault is a Nelson County native who completed her yoga teacher training at Tranquil Space in Washington DC. Laura specializes in vinyasa flow yoga and mindfulness, and loves starting each class with breath work and intention setting. She believes yoga is for everyone and every body! Wild Heart Yoga is available for private lessons, retreats, bachelorettes, and more.
