The Cabin is very secluded and is located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains just 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Wintergreen Resort. It was built from reclaimed wood and is sitting on a 5 acre lake. We are located 30 to 40 miles from Charlottesville, Lynchburg, and Waynesboro. Located near many breweries, cideries, wineries, and restaurants. Crabtree Falls is fairly close. Other things to do include: hiking, biking, fishing, relaxing, golfing and snow skiing. The Cabin is actually sitting between two lakes that can be used for boating, fishing, and swimming (deep water swimming-at your own risk). The cabin is all reclaimed wood (no sheet rock for walls). Recycled interior doors and recycled sinks and tub. (Modern shower is available). Large screened porch is a wonderful place to sit and look over the lake and the foot hills of the Blue Ridge. The two bedrooms have Select Comfort mattresses that can be adjusted to your comfort. Charcoal grill, fire pit, large hammock and a dock on the lake.
You will have access to the whole cabin, both lakes, and all of the walking trails throughout the property.
