Comfortably blending modern conveniences with quaint, historic charm, the bungalow is clean and minimally decorated with rustic tree posts, wood clad walls, pretty quilts from Sundance, warm wool blankets from a local sheep farm, and an adorable wood burning stove. We were happily able to save the original wood floors in most rooms.
Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two front porch swings while you listen to the birds sing. In the evening, roast marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit or chase fireflies in the hayfield until the sun goes down for excellent stargazing. Bring your canoe or kayak and drift down the Tye River, only minutes away, with a fishing rod and picnic.
