Avon Hill Lodge sleeps 18 people comfortably in eight rooms throughout the grand home. It features an expansive wrap around deck, central XM radio throughout the first floor, a 60″ HDTV, upper level deck, mountain views, a ping pong table, professional grade kitchen and appliances. The courtyard features a 10 foot, custom masonry fire pit, BBQ grill and lounge chairs, making this the perfect spot to relax in any season. (2 night minimum)
The Overlook, which was once a 2 car garage, sleeps 16 people (8 on the lower level and 8 on the upper level). The upper level features a wrap around deck with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the surrounding bucolic scenery. (2 night minimum) Lower level and bottom level can be rented individually.
The Tenant House features a beautiful king size Murphy bed and two twins, making it perfect for a family. The Tenant house houses it’s own kitchen, full bathroom, and rear deck, making it a truly luxurious lodging experience. (2 night minimum)
The Pool House gives guests unprecedented private pool access, within the grounds of Avon Hill. The Pool House sleeps 4 people on the upper level and one on the lower. It features a full kitchen, bath and sitting room, making it perfect for a family or group of friends. The Pool House has a full central speaker system with auxiliary input, rear deck, and spacious screened in porch with lounge furniture. The Pool House is available during all seasons (2 night minimum.)
