Voter registration applications are available at the Voter Registration Office, DMV offices, public libraries, Armed Forces Recruitment Offices or online at the Virginia Department of Elections website.
Qualifications to Register to Vote in Nelson County Virginia
- You must be a United States citizen.
- You must be a resident of the County of Nelson.
- You must be 18 years old before the next general election.
- You must have had your rights restored if you were ever convicted of a felony.
- You must have had your rights restored if you have ever been judged mentally incapacitated.
