Wintergreen Mountain Women provides networking, information sharing and social opportunities to women living full- and part-time on the mountain of Wintergreen Resort.
Come join us at our regular meetings held on the second Friday of every month at 10 am. Meeting are held at the Nature Foundation’s Trillium House, except Jun-Sept, when we meet outdoors at the Chestnut Springs Pool Pavilion.
Meetings begin with some time to socialize among members, which is followed by a business meeting with mountain activity updates, and frequently a short program, where local citizens or mountain members present a topic of interest.
We are a casual group with no formal membership. Dues are $3.00 per meeting, and it is a ‘pay as you come’ basis. The dues help defray the cost of renting the room and coffee expenses.
Women with shared interests have organized subgroups and anyone can join any of them at any time. Represented interests include gardening, food & cooking, handicrafts and books.
