Get away from the city! Our cozy rustic small homestead is tucked amongst an oak forest. The guesthouse has 2 beds, full bath, coffee station, microwave, large counter top convection toaster oven, mini fridge and a two burner hot pad. Outside is a picnic table for eating under the awning as well as an outdoor sink for washing dishes.
The outdoors has a humble rustic feel. This is not just a stay but an experience. You have access to the guesthouse, backyard, garden, treats for the goats stargazing, informal trail wondering and the Rockfish River. Ask about our guided tours and professional massage offers.
The Abundant Seed Home Stay is just beside the guesthouse.
Our place is 100% family-friendly with attractive activities; such as kayaking and hiking, close by. The house has access to sunrise & set views, with a e.g. goats, kitties and dogs. Bring your ear plugs if farm animals bother you in the morning there are chickens just next store and the rooster enjoys talking to his hens in the mornings. This is a restful place, but nature is alive here!
Guest access
You will be able to access the guesthouse and outside property. Feel free to move about and explore. The entire studio, yard, field, forest and pond. Our main house that may be rented, the guest may share the yard or 15 acre property with you.
Other things to note
Pets: Pet fee of 50.00 You must inform us of your pet before hand or we will go through airbnb to require the security deposit. We have goats and a Great Pyrenees in a fenced area but your animal MUST be on a leash.
There is an outside yard space and grill that is shared between the main house guest.
Wifi: Our wifi connection is metered. You will have plenty of data for zoom calls for work form home parents and homeschooled children but please do NOT stream Netflix YouTube platforms etc. Download those items prior to your arrival. We supply an adapter that connects to your iPhone or Android to watch your downloaded material.
