November - NIGHT CLUB 2-STEP

You've been wanting to take dance lessons,... Here's your answer! This is a great beginners dance and is perfect for the upcoming holiday parties.

December - LINE DANCES
Lessons: Monday December 1, 8, 15, 22
New Line Dances! Keep on top of those holiday calories with a great dance series. We will learn 5 dances to keep us moving & grooving!

January - WEST COAST SWING
Lessons: Mondays January 5, 12, 19, 26
If you want to be able to dance anywhoere, to almost any type of music, you need to learn the West Coast Swing. It is THE most popular dance style in our area.

February - CHA CHA
Lessons: Monday, February 2, 9, 16, 23
Hot Latin music and moves means we must be doing the Cha Cha! Bring your sweetheart out for a really unique and fun Valentine's Day memory.

Teach your dog the basic commands to be a safe and well mannered pet
For dogs 12 weeks to 7 years and all their human family
Your dog will learn to sit, come, stay, & more
The whole family is encouraged to attend.  Maximum: 12 dogs per class

A morning of contemplative walking and nature-inspired writing/drawing on the scenic Rockfish Valley Loop Trail. Experience the intersection of three awareness practices: mindfulness, walking, and creative expression in writing or drawing. Each practice enriches the others; the focus of this walk will be awakening the five senses. No writing or drawing experience necessary.
Best for adults and teens able to walk in mindful silence. We'll open and close with a discussion circle.
Bring a light snack, water bottle, pen and small notebook and/or drawing pad and colored pencils
Proceeds go to NCPRD for outdoor activity scholarships for kids
