Nia classes are based on movement and dance, drawing from disciplines of martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts. Connecting body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot and include a short meditation.
Appropriate and enjoyable for all age and skill levels, every movement can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.
